Anaria has partnered with Tamara Woods, a Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, and now offers physiotherapy appointments from our rooms every Tuesday.

Tamara, a highly experienced physiotherapist, has dedicated 17 years to specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and the past 11 years to Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.

Her deep passion lies in providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic health and musculoskeletal concerns. She strives to empower her clients with the knowledge and understanding to effectively address and manage their specific issues. Tamara is committed to doing everything in her power to support their journey towards recovery.

In addition to her clinical practice, Tamara has embraced the role of educator in recent years.  She was lucky enough to have a Mentor of her own who supported her journey into teaching. Tamara co-created a widely acclaimed Birth Course called "Born Ready," which has now expanded to multiple locations across Australia. Furthermore, she imparts her expertise to aspiring Pelvic Health Physiotherapists through her own courses, workshops, online membership platforms (The Pelvic Health Community), and teaching on the APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association) streams. She is also lucky enough to now co-host the Pelvic Health Podcast alongside Lori Forner and Jo Murdoch.

Teaching has not only allowed Tamara to share her knowledge but has also provided her with valuable opportunities to learn from others. She firmly believes that by working collaboratively, Pelvic health Physiotherapists can achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
